 LORILori is rapidly being recognized for her artistic ability. She lives in Quebec City, Canada and has been painting for the past ten years. Initially, Lori experimented with oil paint however opted over the years, for acrylic, and further added writing and touches of Indian ink to most of her paintings. She also uses a palette knife to give more texture to her portraiture's. Her scenes and characters are rather current and the words written on each piece represent things that move her. A personification, quite dependent of the illustrated subject would allow qualifying her paintings as sensitive and passionate. Her art is spontaneous and her brush strokes are purposely imprecise because she loves imperfection! |
